Val d'Europe was built in conjunction with the Walt Disney Company, who wished to create a town near Disneyland® Resort Paris. This modern apartment complex is located in the heart of the town, just over 1-mile from Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park. It is only 40 minutes from the centre of Paris. The residence is built around two interior courtyards and is designed in the style of a private mansion house. Located close to a large landscaped park, the architecture elegantly combines an urban style with the spirit of an English garden city. Visiting the attractions of Paris couldn’t be easier. The regional train (RER) takes you from the station at Val d’ Europe into the heart of the Capital in just 40 minutes. The list of the city’s ‘must – see’ attractions is endless from the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur and Arc de Triomphe to l’Eglise de Notre Dame and the museum of the Louvre, housing Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa. Of an evening, the smooth romantic sounds of a saxophone can be heard whilst enjoying a drink at a bistro in the Latin Quarter. An evening at Le Moulin Rouge with its Cancan showgirls in the charming quarter of Montmartre, is an extravaganza not to be missed.
